While I was at Walmart purchasing my Marie Callender’s pot pies I was thinking what we should have for dessert. It’s not very often we have a dessert when we finish our dinner. But when I started thinking of warm comfort meals I started to crave one of my favorite all time desserts.
3 Ingredient Peach Cobbler is one of the easy desserts you will ever make. Its full of flavor, full of peaches and top it off with some vanilla ice cream. The best part you can start cooking this amazing 3 Ingredient Peach Cobbler the same time you are cooking your Marie Callender’s pot pies.
We always make this dessert when we are camping and we use our dutch ovens. But since its cold and we are not able to go camping, I don’t want to miss out on one of our favorite desserts.
To start you need to get your oven preheated to 350 degrees. Grab your dutch oven and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Open your can of peaches and pour into dutch oven. Sprinkle on your yellow cake mix on top of peaches
Pour Sprite/7-UP on top. Give it a light stir. I like to add a little cinnamon on top.
Place lid on top and cook for 1 hour
Serve immediately and top with vanilla ice cream. Trust me it tastes better when its warm!!
Now grab your forks and dive on in!
