We love fresh vegtables in our house!! I am always looking for fun, new and creative ways to prepare them! I just so happen to have an entire head of cauliflower in the fridge when I came across this recipe! This roasted cauliflower was so simple to make and I loved how I had all the ingredients on hand!
The family gobbled it right up and it has now become a family favorite!!
All you need for Roasted Cauliflower is some olive oil, salt and pepper!
First wash cauliflower and cut into bite size.
Throw cauliflower into a Ziploc bag with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake!
Serve them right away!!!
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, as desired
- Chili powder, optional
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Place cauliflower in Ziploc bag. Drizzle oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Shake bag until cauliflower is completely covered. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
