Chili Mac ‘n’ Cheese

There is nothing I enjoy better then a quick and easy dinner!  Especially when its late and the family is hungry.  Well this recipe is perfect.  Its beyond tasty and really quick to throw together.  The bonus part is that most of the ingredients I already had at home so it didn’t involve going to the store.

I have one somewhat like it. It is called mac soup, [ It is my comfort food] but it usually becomes a casserole I find you need a lot of onions so I put in 3 c, onions and also green peppers, I will have to try the chili beans and Jap. peppers. and add 4 beef cubes, I have become lazy lately and I just use a box of Mac and cheese, I know it probably has a lot of “junk” in it. Thanks for the idea.

  2. I’ll have to try your recipe. Love all your recipe posts. Found you from the Sunday Social. Love for you to stop by sometime. Theresa

Very bland, needs much more seasoning. And an entire box of pasta is way too much for just a pound of ground beef. Very disappointing.
