Ham & Potato Soup

Im ready for sunshine and warmth!  Im tired of having to wrap the kids up to go outside and shoveling mounds of snow.  We are getting Spring fever and the kids are so ready to be outside all day long playing in the water table.  So for now I will just dream of UV rays beating down on me.

Smoked Turkey Breast

It’s that time of year when everyone is starting to plan out your Thanksgiving menus.  Well look no further I will have you covered in the turkey department!  This past year we got a wood pellet grill or smoker as most people call

them. It is the best thing that has happened to our dinner table!   It cooks the juiciest chicken, steaks, kabobs and even pizza….yes I said pizza!  I loved this smoker from day one and we use it all the time.  A few weeks back I thought lets smoke a turkey breast…and it was AMAZING!!  And I have basically been craving to make another one..so I did!

I took step by step pictures this time so it will be easy for everyone to make their own Smoked Turkey Breast!!

Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Fall is here and I am loving every second of it!  I’m sitting here now on my patio with a lite Fall breeze and the sun is shining even though its probably only 68 degrees right now.  The kids are in school and the baby is napping and its just so peaceful and quiet!   I love this time of year because it gets me in the mood for soups!   I came across a recipe I made a long time ago and decided to give a few little quirks to fit my family and it turned out amazing.  I LOVED this Chicken and Wild Rice soup so much and even my kids devoured it!

To start I grabbed my Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and baked them in the oven according to package.

While the chicken was cooking I started to cook our spaghetti noodles.  Any kind of noodles will work, but son likes to slurp his noodles.

When the noodles are done I added some spaghetti sauce.
