I don’t know about everyone else’s garden but I have had tons and tons of Zucchini this year! I’m starting to run out of ideas on how to use them up. I have been wanting to get creative and try new ways to enjoy one of our favorite vegetables. I have been wanting to try this recipe for quite some time and I finally got around to making some Oven Baked Parmesan Zucchini Chips.
You know Easter is here when you start seeing a lot of recipes with deviled eggs. But that’s okay…right! I can honestly say we probably only have deviled eggs once or twice a year but I think after making these Jalapeno Deviled Eggs my husband will be requesting them more often!
The other night while I was working, my husband was at home on daddy duty. Let me tell you what, It is always so nice to come home from work and have dinner ready! I wish it could happen every night! My husband ended up making us Chili that night and it was delicious.
Now, lets fast forward to the next day. I had busy day with laundry, grocery shopping, visiting Grandma for her birthday and before I knew it, it was dinner time. My husband had the grand idea to turn his chili into Chili Cheese Nachos!
WOW! Is all I have to say! I never would have thought of turning regular chili into Chili Cheese Nachos!

With the holidays approaching that means we are all short on time! The last thing I want to be doing during this season is being stuck in the kitchen. Not only are the holidays here, we have family parties, work parties, school parties and of course football season. My husband this year is in to fantasy football. Which means I often have a living room full of men screaming at the T.V. watching countless games. When they are here I like to have some snacks around for them to enjoy. Which makes these restaurant inspired finger snacks perfect for any occasion!
Hi everyone! I’m Erin from DelightfulEMade, and I’m coming over to share my favorite hot-dip with all of you. This Loaded Pizza Dip is the perfect hot dip for a party, a get-together with friends, or just hanging out watching football or your fave TV show. Loaded with lots of goodies like cream cheese, pizza sauce, peppers, olives and pepperoni, its amazing treat!
I don’t know about the rest of you but I love my bread!! It doesn’t matter if it’s a slice of bread, a roll, a biscuit, french bread but my all time favorite bread would have to be Garlic Cheese Breadsticks. When ever we order pizza I have to get cheese bread! Even though I should skip the calories, I just can’t do it! Well to be completely honest I rather skip the pizza and just have the cheesy bread. There is just something about the soft dough covered in garlic butter and smothered in cheese. Maybe even dipping in some marinara sauce or even better ranch dressing.
The other night I
wanted needed to make these Garlic Cheese Breadsticks!! If I remember right I don’t even think I made anything to go with them. I just wanted the breadstick. I’m pretty sure my husband thought I was crazy but whatever…..they were good!
With Easter only a few days away, we are all getting ready to dye our Easter eggs. Which is the best part!!! We are all wanting to know how to make the perfect hard boiled egg. I will admit and so will my husband I literally suck at boiling an egg. You wouldn’t think it would be that hard but I can never ever get it right. I either don’t cook it long enough or the egg shell pulls off all the egg.
I have tried every tip from baking them in the oven, adding baking soda to the water, boil in 1 inch of water, steaming and the list goes on. Even if these tips work for you they don’t necessarily work for me. I have been trying my new method for quite some time now and it seems to be working for me now.
I was hoping to have this recipe posted before Christmas but my laptop decided to catch a few viruses and shut down! But I finally have my computer back and running I have a tons of catching up to do!
First off did everyone have a great Christmas!?
We sure did and the little man got spoiled like crazy! He will have enough toys to last a lifetime. On the down side he caught a little virus as well and we have been fighting a fever since Christmas Eve. So we have been whiney, needy and not eating anything. I was slightly bummed cause I was so excited for Christmas with him this year because technically its like his 1st Christmas where he can unwrap presents and be excited to play with them. But we still had a great time visiting with family, friends and cousins.
With this time of year means a lot of family parties and get together’s. Which in return mean lots and lots of food. I’m not sure about everyone else’s families but in our family always has a few appetizers when we have big family get together’s that we all sit around on munch on. Either we have a fruit tray, veggie tray or my personal favorite a cheese ball. It’s always nice to have munchies while dinner is finishing up, waiting for everyone to get there or to help keep the kids from starving.
We have a grocery store here in Utah that has thee best fresh cheese balls. So I took upun myself to recreate this fabulous cheese ball for the holidays. It turned out perfect and everyone loved it!
It was the easiest recipe to throw together and surprisingly it tastes delicious! I personally think mine tastes better than the grocery store.
I normally would have covered this cheese ball in almonds but I was making this for an event I knew some had nut allergies.
