New England Pot Roast Recipe Makers

I’m always on the lookout for a quick family meal.   The last thing I like doing  when I get home from a busy day at work is try to decide what to cook for dinner tonight.  It is often times v

ery tempting for me to just grab a quick dinner on my way home from work.   But I want to insure that my family is always getting a more nutritious dinner.  This is why I like these Kraft Recipe Makers.  I loved how these meals come conveniently pre-packed using all real ingredients which helps makes a quick family dinner in no time at all.  I literally spend less the 10 minutes in the kitchen preparing dinner.  Which in return means I can spend more time with family, which is important to us.  The only work I needed to do, was to purchase  the meat, the sides and provide my favorite the slow cooker.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Utah has a cold front coming in this weekend.  We are expecting to get a few inches of snow in the Valleys and 1′-2′ feet of snow in the mountains.  Which means it is freezing cold and wet outside.  Which means we lounge around the house in our pajamas, we don’t get ready and we definitely don’t leave the house.  So I plan on starting this Slow Cooker Beef Stew in the crock-pot while me and the kiddo stare out the window and watch the snow fall.  I might even sneak a few rounds of the Olympic’s during nap time.    That is the great thing about this Slow Cooker Beef Stew, you can start dinner in the morning and you don’t have to worry about it again until later that evening.

How many of you love your Slow Cooker?  I absolutely love my slow cooker, and this Slow Cooker Beef Stew is my all time favorite stew!  I love how the meat just falls apart and the potatoes and carrots are the perfect tenderness.   Add a few bread sticks to dip into the sauce and we are set.

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza

It’s not very often when me and the husband have an entire weekend off together with nothing to do!  Our weekends usually consist of  at least one of us working a  Saturday so we usually only have a Sunday together.   Lucky for me this week we had a 4 days off together to be lazy, running around to get errands done,  mama even got a herself a new elliptical trainer.  While we were out and about we went to lunch at local Pizza company.   I thought it was very ironic that after we purchased my elliptical we went across to the street to the Pizza restaurant.  I hope the employees weren’t judging…lol!  I let my husband pick the pizza choice this time.   My husband decided to order this Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza,  I was a little worried at first because im not a big fan of the buffalo sauce flavor.

Well ever since this day a week ago.  I have been craving for some Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza.   I thought to my self why do we have to order pizza to enjoy it all the time.  So I thought to myself let’s make this Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza at home.   I mean, how hard can it really be.  Well folks, we hit gold!  This was by far the best pizza I have had in long time.  When I started to make my Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza I decided to add some bacon and cilantro on top verses the first time we had.  Because let’s face it everything tastes better with bacon on top!   To be honest I think my homemade version tastes alot better then $17.50 we paid at the restaurant.
